Internships at The Walls Project offer a unique opportunity to experience the impact of art and community development in the non-profit sector. We welcome interns from any academic or non-academic background, who are looking to gain insight and experience in a variety of areas. Intern projects vary based on our needs at the time, but we will work with our interns to ensure that their assigned projects align with their skill sets and interests. Examples of internship projects include a photo and document archiving, graphic design, research and administrative support, event planning and coordination. 

We typically accept one intern per session and can provide flexibility with start dates and office hours. We accept internship applications throughout the year, although we do have set deadlines in place to apply to Spring and Summer internship positions. Compensation and School Credit:

We are not able to offer paid internships at this time but we do welcome you to pursue funding opportunities through your school if accepted for an internship position at The Walls Project. If seeking school credit for your internship, we would be happy to assist with fulfilling any requirements as set forth in your coursework.
